Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you cancel an order, the refund process will begin within 14 business days from the date of cancellation request submission.
  • You will receive an email update once your refund has been initiated.
  • The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and the policies of your issuing bank.
  • We will refund the full product amount; however, your bank may apply transaction fees as per their policy.
  • If we do not receive a response from the customer within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Refunds for credit card payments will be processed only for the amount received by us, and any bank charges will be borne by the customer.
  • All refunds will be processed via bank transfer. For cash-on-delivery (COD) payments, customers must provide their bank details to receive a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If a product is damaged during transit, an exchange request must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • No order cancellations or returns will be accepted once the product is delivered.
  • Customers requesting an exchange due to damage must contact us via email or phone (details available on our website).
  • Customers must provide images or videos of the damaged product while submitting their complaint.
