ULTRA 42 is our strongest moisturiser yet. This compound strength cream is a podiatrist-designed and recommended, extra strength treatment for dry calloused cracked skin. It comes with an all-natural vanilla scent.

With the use of 42% urea, 2% salicylic acid, aloe vera, shea butter, cocoa and tea tree. ULTRA 42 rejuvenates and replenishes, dry and cracked skin. It can provide powerful nourishment for conditions such as but not limited to; callous, cracked heels, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, wound healing and more.

ULTRA 42 is suitable for diabetics.

Directions – Apply twice daily on clean dry skin. Rub in until all residue has gone. Once symptoms ease, we recommend maintenance by applying our LUXE 30.
